- e-CSTI is a system (evidence system) that collects science, technology and innovation-related data and provides data analysis functions in order to promote evidence-based policy making (EBPM: Evidence based Policy Making) of Japan's science and technology policies and evidence-based management (EBMgt: Evidence based Management) of national university corporations, national research and development agencies, etc.
